Engage in NEW activities such as dancing, yes by yourself is fun too! How about running, any sport, chess, checkers, board games, yoga, art, look at art, music, use computer mouse with opposite hand, travel, bike, communicate with hand signals, get dressed with one eye shut, smell flowers or food, walk to class on a new route, eat with opposite hand, talk of different topics, don’t talk about your friends…with your friends, think, imagine yourself as a hero…like you don’t already do that one! Walking sends oxygen and glucose to your brain! Studies show running saves brain cells that are about to die…usually they are brain cells used for memory and learning!
